Gonzo Disc Golf would like to thank all
of those that participated in the 2011 Saturday Summer League and
hope that you're ready to start the 2011 Saturday Winter League!
League will be starting November 12th with a tee time of 9:30AM and will
continue every Saturday after that straight through March! It's a
$10 random draw doubles round with a CTP and ace pool every week. Also
just like with the Summer League there will be a points system in play
so you can keep track of how you stack up against the rest of the field.

The
2011 Saturday Summer League year end will be
held September 10th at
Parma.
We will be playing two rounds of random draw doubles that day (both
rounds will earn you points) with lunch served between rounds. Tee
off is at the normal time of 9:30AM, for more info please visit the

The Gonzo camping weekend was a
tremendous success! We'd like to thank everyone that made it
out for some good golf and good laughs. For those that didn't make
it, fear not, we plan on making this an annual event! A huge thank you
to Mike Bevins, Jason Krohn, Derek Savory, and everyone else that lent a
hand planning, providing,
and cooking for the weekend. There was even an engagement that
weekend, congratulations Dave and Renee! Hope to see everyone out again next
year. |

The Gonzo full weekend event has a date. August 13th and 14th we will be having
the member party at
Lakeside State
Park. All club members are invited, if your not a member
there's still plenty of time to join! Along with playing both the
Blue and
White
courses, the club will be providing dinner for all attendees Saturday
night. More information will be announced as it becomes available.
If you have any concerns or suggestions please discuss them

Also we need a headcount for those attending so we know how much food we
need to bring. If you plan on attending please post in the
discussion thread, along with if you plan on bringing someone with you. |

The
2011 Saturday Morning League will
kick off April 2nd!
In conjunction with the
Greater Rochester Disc Golf Club, we are happy to announce the Gonzo
Saturday Morning League will start April 2nd. The league starts at 9:20AM for a players meeting with a
9:30AM tee-off. $10 will get you into the running for a payout,
the more people that play the higher the payout gets and the more people
that can win (so tell your friends)! In addition to the
traditional pay out we will have a closest to pin contest on one hole
every Saturday, along with an ace pool. The
format for the league will be random draw doubles, allowing you a chance
to play with all skill levels. The course played will be switched each month
following the schedule as seen to the right.
